The supply of modern office space in Lublin [grade A and B] is in total 209,311 sqm. Compared with the main office markets in Poland, Lublin currently ranks eight in terms of space supply.

Currently there are three office projects under construction of a total of 38,700 sqm to be delivered in 2021.

With about 208,417 sq m Lublin is Eastern Poland’s leader in terms of existing warehouse space. The city responds to the growing demand of the warehousing and production market by delivering a total of ca. 160 561 sq m in developers’ investments, either under construction, or in the planning phase. A considerable part of this space is prepared for the needs of the logistics sector.
