Lublin – a high-tech Centre for robotic surgery and medical education

According to Professor Zbigniew Nawrat, Prof. IPS, Creative Director at the Prof. Zbigniew Religa Foundation for Cardiac Surgery Development and President of the International Society for Medical Robotics, Lublin is becoming the capital of Polish medical robotics. This achievement is the result of the consistently developed technological expertise of ACCREA, which has made the company a champion in its field.
Close collaboration with Lublin’s leading medical institutions, such as the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin, allows for the testing and implementation of technological solutions that are fully ready to work alongside both medical staff and patients. Importantly, AVROS P has been designed with economic accessibility in mind, making it suitable for use not only in major clinical centres but also in smaller district hospitals and private one-day surgery clinics.
The first surgical procedure using the AVROS P robotic arm in Lublin was performed by Dr hab. Karol Rawicz-Pruszyński, Professor at the University and Head of the Oncological Surgery Department at the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin. The robotic arm is also already being successfully used at a hospital in Paris.

Congratulations to the entire ACCREA team!
