Unflagging interest in Lublin’s office market

Lublin's office market celebrates a record-breaking transaction owing to Santander Bank Polska S.A, who has leased nearly 5,000 sq m of office space at CZ Office Park A in Lublin.
A modern Class A office

A modern Class A office and service building with a total leasable area of 20,900 sq m was delivered in 2018 by Centrum Zana Holding Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. It is located at the junction of Nałęczowska Street and Kraśnicka Avenue. The total area of the whole park complex amounts 80,000 sq m and is expected to be completed in 2025.

The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Currently, there are 51 office buildings in Lublin offering modern space of over 205,000 sq m. More than 98,000 sq m are in the pipeline and under construction. The total office space to rent decreased to the 21,000 sq m level.

“With the latest transaction of Santander Bank Polska and breaking the sqm limit of 200,000 on the office market in Lublin we estimate that the city will soon attract global developers. This optimistic forecast is justified by a constantly growing interest of companies from BSS sector in Lublin” – says Łukasz Goś, Director of Investor Relations Office.
