Lublin Municipality Office respects your privacy when you visit our website. We care that you exactly know what type of data we collect and how you can protect your privacy.

The Mayor of Lublin, with the registered office at Plac Króla Władysława Łokietka 1, 20-209 Lublin, is the Controller of data we collect through your use of website.

At the Lublin Municipality Office we have appointed Mr Witold Przeszlakowski for the position of Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data and you can contact him for all matters related to the processing of personal data and exerting your rights related thereto by:

  • sending an email to;
  • writing to Plac Króla Władysława Łokietka 1, 20–109 Lublin.

This Policy is for information purposes and does not replace any documentation kept by the Controller in accordance with respective provisions on the protection of personal data.

Collecting data

When visiting, so-called system logs are saved automatically. This is anonymous information including IP address, URL address, type of device and browser used, visiting time, etc.


Cookies are IT data, mostly text files saved on your device (computer, laptop, mobile device) provided that your browser allows to do so. Cookies include a name of the domain they originate from, their “expiration date” and an individual, random number identifying the file.

Data processing shall be lawful only if:

  • processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.

The processing of your personal data (name, surname, email address) is based on consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. Use of personal data

System logs are stored for a period of 1 year and they support server administration. Information contained in these logs is not revealed to anyone except for authorised to site administrators. Log files may be used to generate statistics supporting site administration. Collective summaries in a form of such statistics do not contain any features allowing for identification of individuals visiting the website.

Use of cookies website uses cookies. They identify your browser and facilitate operation of our website. In browser settings you can disable cookies, but then some functionalities may not work properly. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

What types of cookies are used by

Session cookies: after the end of each session of a browser or switching off your computer, saved information is deleted from the memory of your device.

Persistent cookies: they are stored on your device until you delete them or they expire.

How to block statistics services of Google Analytics?

Cookies of Google Analytics in browsers can be blocked by installing the proper add-on.
