The supply of modern office space in Lublin [grade A and B] is in total 265,333 sqm. Compared with the main office markets in Poland, Lublin currently ranks eighth in terms of space supply.

Currently there are seven office projects of 70,935 sqm in the pipeline.

With about 528,128 sq m Lublin is Eastern Poland’s leader in terms of existing warehouse space. The city responds to the growing demand of the warehousing and production market by delivering a total of 72,004 sq m in developers’ investments, either under construction, or in the planning phase. A considerable part of this space is prepared for the needs of the logistics sector.
