The supply of modern office space in Lublin [grade A and B] is in total 240,929 sqm. Compared with the main office markets in Poland, Lublin currently ranks eighth in terms of space supply.
Currently there are four office projects of 14,478 sqm in the pipeline.
With about 272,044 sq m Lublin is Eastern Poland’s leader in terms of existing warehouse space. The city responds to the growing demand of the warehousing and production market by delivering a total of 77,320 sq m in developers’ investments, either under construction, or in the planning phase. A considerable part of this space is prepared for the needs of the logistics sector.
